Selina’s hairdressing career started in 2005
She has an extradentary enthusiasm for the art of hair and client care. She has worked back stage at Sydney fashion week and has worked on international models. Her long hair, styling, extensions and colouring are her areas of expertise's
She has won many state bridal competitions and has been a finalist for AHIA Stylist of the Year 2017 and 2018, AHIA HOT SHOTS 2017, 2018, 2019 and a Finalist for AHFA SA/TAS Hairdresser of the Year 2019 “Igniting the beauty through true connection brings magic beyond the experience. As a stylist, it’s not just about executing what my client’s wants and needs are, it’s about how I make them feel throughout the service and upon leaving the salon along side my fabulous team.
“ To see that sparkle in my clients eyes when I reveal my work that we’ve both created together and that bounce in their strut as they walk out the door is what I live for. I want my clients to walk out there with pride and confidence as this is my signature, branding, marketing and what I stand for”
Selina is very passionate about educating her clients on products, maintenance, knowledge of styling
so they can take that “salon look and feel” we all love so much home. She also regularly posts hair tutorials on her Tiktok @selina_chhaur , Instagram page @hairbyselinachhaur and on YouTube so you keep recreating these looks from your everyday wear hair, festival hair, to event hair- she’s got you covered.
